An introduction to Integrate

Integrate is your home of customer data integrations that power your marketing and customer service within Lexer.

Here you can integrate social accounts, email platforms, and CRM databases. Integrate enables you to push and pull data in and out of Lexer securely. In this article we will cover all the functionality of Integrate, and provide links to other, more hands on, guides.

Overview of Integrate

When you first open Integrate you’ll likely only have a long list of Available Sources. As you make your way through integrating accounts you’ll see this list split into two areas as detailed below. What is important to remember is you will only ever see one tile per platform. It won’t be until you click on the tile will you see all accounts integrated from that platform.

We’ve also made it very easy to integrate multiple accounts at once, provided they are all linked to one central account. Like when you might have several brand Facebook pages all associated with your personal Facebook account.

What can I do here?

Integrate now manages a lot of tasks that you formerly completed from other areas within the Lexer hub. This is a quick list of all the tasks you can now complete from Integrate:

  • Integrate an account
  • Reconnect an account
  • Create a new activation
  • Review a Lexer Survey
  • Upload a CSV file to Lexer securely

Integrating an account

Depending on what account you wish to integrate the steps may change slightly. However overall the process is largely the same, in this example we’ll take you through the high level steps of integrating an account with Lexer.   1. Click on the platform you wish to integrate
  2. You’ll see a column appear to the right of your screen
  3. Click the Integrate platform button
  1. You will then be prompted to enter your login details
  2. Click login
  3. Your newly intergated account will appear here

Reconnecting an account

Should your account become disconnected from Lexer don’t worry, we’ll let you or the original integrator know by email. To them reconnect is a very straight forward process, as shown below.

  1. Select the platform tile for the disconnected account
  2. Click on the specific account which requires reconnecting. It will display an amber or red color if it requires reconnection
  3. Click the reconnect button, and you’ll be prompted to re-enter your login details


We’re constantly working on ways to build on the number of services that you can integrate. We currently offer services that will allow emails to appear through the Inbox like social content, services that send audiences from your saved tribes in Identify to a social advertising platform, and services that can shorten the amount of text consumed by links.
