Enabling two factor authentication

Learn how to set up two factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

Navigate to the “My Account” tab, located within your settings.

  1. Your Account Details Page.
  2. Add and verify your mobile number.

For 2FA to work, a validated mobile number must be included in the “My Account” details. To do this, enter a mobile number and select “verify” (2). This will send your mobile device an authentication code to enter.

  1. Verification Screen
  2. Group Selection
  3. Save Button

Once your 6 figure verification code has been sent to your mobile device. Using the dialog box that appears, enter your 6 figure code and select to verify once more (1).

You’re all done! Hit save (3).
