Compliance data specification

The API is currently in private beta. Please reach out to your Success Manager if you’re interested in using it in your CDP.

Compliance data allows you to ensure your profiles are in compliance with any relevant legislation.

The Lexer Compliance Data specification provides a standard format for any profiles that would like to be “forgotten” in accordance with GDPR or CCPA compliance requirements. When data is provided using this API, this data will enrich your customer’s profiles with additional attributes.

The attributes that can be created from this API will relate to email and SMS engagement and opt-in or opt-out status.

For more information about these attributes you can find our full attribute list here.

This page has covered some samples of the compliance data schema itself, and the requirements of the schema. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Success Manager.
