Me&u Connect, formerly known as Sprout Send and Mr Yum Connect, is a CRM and marketing automation platform built for hospitality businesses. Integrating your Me&U Connect account with Lexer provides a number of benefits, such as:
- Analyzing profiles in the Lexer hub for greater customer insights.
- Sending enriched profiles from Lexer to Me&U Connect for marketing campaigns.

How do I integrate my account?
The following section of the article follows the step-by-step process of integrating your Me&U Connect account with Lexer. Setting up your integration is easy!
1. Go to Manage > Integrations
2. Select the Me&u Connect tile
3. Click Integrate
4. Enter your Me&u account details
5. Accept the permissions
6. Click Save Integration
7. Contact your Lexer Success Manager or Lexer Support (support@lexer.io) to configure your activations
Sending segments to Me&u Connect
Now that you have integrated your account, you can now send customer data from Lexer to Me&U Connect.
In your Lexer hub, navigate to Engage > Activate.
- Click New Activation
- Select the type of activation (once, daily)
- Select your audience segment
- Select your integrated Me&U Connect account
- Specify your Activation Name and Activation Tag and click Save
This activation will send your segment audience from Lexer to Me&U Connect. You can see these profiles if you go to Contacts within Me&U Connect and view their Tags property.
Now, if you view a recently updated contact in Me&U Connect under the "Contacts" menu item, you will see your Audience Tag value in the Tags column.
a searchable tag appended. This will correlate with the Activation Tag given in the activation steps outlined above. Using these tags, you are able to send custom campaigns to specific customer segments you have created in Lexer.
