Attributes represent any fact we know about your customers, such as products purchased, location, and net promoter score. We've created a useful tool to help you analyze these facts by comparing the specific values across two Attributes in Compare. In this article, we'll walk you through our attribute comparison tools and how to use them.
Attribute comparison is a feature that enables you to compare almost any two pieces of data against each other. Have you ever wanted to analyze the distribution of total spend against country? What about the colors purchased against gender? Comparing Attributes is the solution for you.
Navigate to Compare and go to the Attributes tab on the left. Select two Attributes from the Attribute Picker and click Generate Comparison.
Your results will contain a pivot table of the specific attribute values that exist in your selected Attributes. Each cell represents the % overlap for those corresponding values. For example, below we can see that 37% of profiles who have a products purchased category of Tops have a payment type of Visa.
Hovering your mouse over the cells will display the insights tooltip above the table, and also allows you to copy/paste with just the click of a button! Data powering your comparison results can be downloaded from the top right corner.
