Lexer's products are web-based applications, which means that your access is made via a web browser. The data that reaches the web browsers on your work network (be it your desktop or your mobile) is often filtered by your organization’s corporate firewall. Your firewall governs which websites and services are trusted or secure.
Sometimes our applications are not considered trusted by firewalls, and this may be an issue if you're just getting started with Lexer. Your network has never accessed us before, and is still unsure about who we are and what our applications do.
Symptoms of network issues include the platform not loading; images not displaying; fonts not loading; searches taking a considerable amount of time or failing, and regularly seeing errors.

If your IT department would like more information then please ask them to email Lexer Support at [email protected] and we will work closely to ensure that your access to Lexer is uninterrupted.
