Although Snapchat does not offer an integration to upload audiences through us - You can still target your customers by uploading customer audience lists as a CSV file.
Steps are:
- Export your customer list from Lexer as a CSV file.
- Upload the customer audience list into Snapchat ads.
To upload a customer audience to Snapchat simply export the segment from Lexer using the CSV export found in Lexer Engage.
All you need is a CSV file with two columns for the customer email address and phone number.
Then once uploaded to Snapchat, you can easily select the content you'd like to promote to your customers using Snap Audience Match (SAM).
