How to ensure Lexer runs smoothly on your work network
As Lexer's products are web-based applications, meaning that your access is made via a web browser, our applications are sometimes not considered trusted by firewalls, and this may be an issue if you're just getting started with Lexer. This article will help you navigate this problem and ensure Lexer runs smoothly on your work network
Network problems
When Lexer’s data reaches the web browsers on your work network (be it your desktop or your mobile) it is often filtered by your organization’s corporate firewall. Your firewall governs which websites and services are trusted or secure. As Your network has never accessed us before, and is still unsure about who we are and what our applications do, we may not be trusted.
Symptoms of network issues include the platform not loading, images not displaying, fonts not loading, searches taking a considerable amount of time or failing, and regularly seeing errors.
