Last SMS Click Date
Definition:
Last SMS Click Date
The date the customer last opened (‘clicked’) an SMS.
Using the Last SMS Click Date attribute
The Last SMS Click Date attribute is handy to use when you want to identify recent SMS engagement.
For example, you may want to identify all customers who have engaged with an SMS in the last 30 days. To do so, navigate to Understand > Segment and then to the PROFILES MUST HAVE ALL OF THESE section of the Segment Builder add the Last SMS Click Date attribute and filter for In the Last > 30 Days.
You can then Save this segment to use in your activations.
