Last Email Click
Definition:
Last Email Click
The date the profile last opened and clicked an email.
Using the Last Email Click attribute
The Last Email Click attribute is handy to use when you want to identify recent email engagement. It's great to use alongside the Last Email Open attribute as well.
For example, you may want to identify all customers who have engaged with an email in the last 30 days. To do so, navigate to Understand > Segment and then drag and drop the following attributes to the SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 1 OF THESE section of the Segment Builder:
- Last Email Click > In the Last > 30 days
- Last Email Open > In the Last > 30 days
You can then Save this segment to use in your activations.
For more information on how to create segments, see our articles here.
